2 ounces bourbon
½ ounce lime juice
½ ounce Mount Cabot Maple Maple Syrup
ginger beer
Tall & Thin, 200ml.

Easter didn’t come early, these winds are strong…The Nor’easter the perfect name for this icy sip, which includes wintry flavors of maple and spicy ginger along with the soothing warmth of bourbon.
It’s really simple. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the bourbon, lime juice and maple syrup. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top with ginger beer. It’s really good.
