Refunds: A full refund is available for orders that are canceled prior to being shipped.

Returns and exchanges: Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any shipped products unless there is documented damage during shipping. All documented damage should be submitted to info@mountcabotmaple.com within 3 days of receipt of the damaged product to initiate a claim.
