Lumberjane Julep
Ingredients
4 mint sprigs
1 ounce bourbon
1 ounce rye whiskey
¼ ounce Mount Cabot Maple maple syrup
crushed ice
Our riff on the classic julep, the Lumberjane melds mint and maple into this year-round bourbon delight. Swap snow for ice cubes and you’re really in the north country.
In a tall icy glass, muddle the mint. Next comes bourbon, rye, and maple syrup. Add crushed ice and mix the drink with a long spoon. Finish the top with a bit more ice and another mint sprig. Serve gently to your nearest and dearest butch dame.
