Ingredients
2 ounces Canadian whiskey
1 ounce Joven mezcal (try a pechuga style)
½ ounce Mount Cabot Maple Syrup
1 dash apple bitters
1 dash angostura bitters
peel of orange
This drink is montreal meets mexico, mash meets mezcal, sweet meets bitter, and bark meets bite.
It’s pretty simple. Mix & muddle whiskey, mezcal, syrup and bitters. Garnish with orange peel. Sip to satisfy.
