Tucked away in the White Mountains of northern New Hampshire lies Mount Cabot, a steep faced mountain with a band of sugar maples wrapped around its waist. Each spring the sugar maple blasts sap from its roots to its limbs to promote new leaf growth, and this sap, when gathered and boiled down, becomes a sweet liquid gold known as maple syrup.

Always unblended, Mount Cabot organic maple syrup is made exclusively from sap produced by our trees and has long been renowned for its exceptional taste and smooth finish. From the tapping of each tree, through the traditional wood-fired boil, to the bottling and shipping, our maple syrup comes straight from our woods to you.
