Ingredients:
- 6 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup maple sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- pepper to taste
- lemon slices
Preheat oven to 425. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, maple sugar, mustard and pepper. Arrange salmon fillets in a 9×13 baking dish and pour maple mixture evenly over the fish. Cover with foil and bake 8 minutes. Remove foil and bake 8-10 minutes longer or until salmon flakes easily. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
