Move over chocolate dipped strawberries, there’s a new must-make treat this Valentines day. Perfectly simple to make and exquisitely elegant to eat, this dessert is the perfect way to top off a home cooked meal for your honey.
Ingredients:
- As many strawberries as you can eat
- one jar of Mount Cabot Maple Cream
First, wash and dry the berries. Stir the maple cream vigorously for a few seconds until it it soft and spreadable. One by one, spread a thin coat of maple cream over the strawberries and place on a drying rack or waxxed paper. We’ve found the maple cream will set best if refrigerated or briefly frozen.
