Anne Jackson’s Maple Vinaigrette

This legendary sweet and tangy salad dressing was created by Anne Jackson, longtime friend of Mount Cabot Maple. Enjoy over a fresh green salad, or toss over your favorite roasted vegetables.


  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine or cider vinegar
  • ΒΌ tsp. fine sea salt
  • Fresh zest of lemon or lime
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • Several turns of black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Mount Cabot Maple organic maple syrup

6 Tbsp. Olive oil

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until emulsified. Serve over your favorite mixed greens or salad.
