This legendary sweet and tangy salad dressing was created by Anne Jackson, longtime friend of Mount Cabot Maple. Enjoy over a fresh green salad, or toss over your favorite roasted vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine or cider vinegar
- ΒΌ tsp. fine sea salt
- Fresh zest of lemon or lime
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- Several turns of black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Mount Cabot Maple organic maple syrup
6 Tbsp. Olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until emulsified. Serve over your favorite mixed greens or salad.
